Michelle Urriquia has always possessed a passion for poetry and being around children. Growing up, writing poems was her hobby. A desire to help kids led to her career as a registered pediatrics nurse. Never straying far from her poetry roots, Michelle had always dreamed of writing a book. Shortly after the birth of her daughter Emma Grace, Michelle penned "My Wish for You" as a personal message to her baby. Michelle lives in Southern California with her wonderful and supportive husband, Ken, and their beautiful daughter.
